Kodak InSite Desktop® is a tool that is integrated with InSite® to simplify and expedite managing your jobs .

Drag and drop your PDF´s onto your job in the InSite Desktop® window. Your pages will automatically upload, process, and be viewable in InSite®.
View all active jobs and thumbnails within those jobs directly in the InSite Desktop® window.
Double click on any thumbnail and it will automatically open in a InSite® Smart Review® window in your browser.
View detail information about each page and its upload and processing information.

Unstuff and launch the InSite Desktop® installer.
After installing launch InSite Desktop® and it will prompt for account information.
If it doesn´t prompt for account information, or if you wish to add another account, select New Account under the File Menu
Enter the InSite address, Username, and Password that is used to access your jobs and select connect.

After logging in the left column you will see a list of all active jobs in your account. (A.)
Select the any job in the left window and the pages in that job will be visible in gallery window. on the right (B)
To begin uploading files to the job simply drag and drop your PDF´s directly onto the job (A.) or its gallery window on the right (B.)
An upload window will appear allowing you to verify your files before uploading (D).
After verifying your files click Upload to begin.

Select the job on the left and the thumbnails for that jobs pages will be visible in the window on the right
After the pages have uploaded they will be viewable in Gallery, Table and List display depending on the level of details you prefer.

Double click on any page and it will open the page in a InSite Smart Review® browser window.

From the Uploads menu you can view the upload details and processing information from past uploads.

Download high resolution PDFs by draggin and dropping from the gallery window straight to your desktop.
