InSite™

InSite is a web portal to the prepress environment that lets the Digital Solution Center (DSC) and our customers work with print jobs over the Internet. InSite helps to manage the proofing, correction, and approval process so that it is more efficient.

After working with a Technical Service Analyst (TSA) to create PDF X-1A files from your native application files, the next step is to log into InSite.

InSite allows you to:

View a list of jobs. Allowing you to keep track of your production.

Upload job files to the DSC´s job server for fast and efficient file delivery.

View and annotate pages in Smart Review to provide feedback to other users in your organization or to the DSC.

Approve or reject pages online. E-mail notifications are instantly sent to the DSC inform us of your approval.
